Trump Slams Fox for DeSantis Coverage on Truth Social: What's Really Going On?

The day after Fox News hosted Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R) for a fairly cordial town hall session, 2020 GOP candidate and former president Donald Trump fired out a crazy all-caps tweet on his Truth Social platform, accusing the network of "pushing" DeSantis in the primary.

In an interview with Trump in Iowa, Sean Hannity urged Trump "just tone it down a hair, stop a little of the name calling," which drew boos from the crowd. Both the January 6th committee and the Dominion Voting Systems lawsuit attest to Hannity's longstanding acquaintance with Trump and his role as an informal adviser to the Trump administration.

Even still, Trump has continued to criticize Fox News over the past few months, doing so again on Friday afternoon:

FX should adopt the "MAGA" ethos. DESPITE ALL THE FAKE LIP SERVICE, FOXNEWS IS PUSHING RON DESANCTUS, OR ANYONE ELSE FOR THAT MATTER, BECAUSE THEY HATE THE GREATEST "AMERICA FIRST" PRESIDENT TO EVER PUT ON A SUIT AND TIE, ME. They're all globalists, and globalists can't (and won't) restore America's greatness.

A similar vow from Trump followed: "WE ARE MAGADONIANS, WE ARE VERY SMART, WE STICK TOGETHER AS ONE, WE FOLLOW TRUTH SOCIAL, WE PUT "AMERICA FIRST," AND WE WILL "MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!"

Online commentators were quick to point out that the post's format was strikingly similar to that of the QAnon vow, which contains the words "Where we go one, we go all."
