Environmentalists will not be happy with NASA’s most recent study on climate change. Contrary to popular belief, they determined that the burning of fossil fuels leads to a cooling of the planet, not warming. Below were some of the comments from a spokeswoman for NASA:
To quantify climate change, researchers need to know the Transient Climate Response (TCR) and Equilibrium Climate Sensitivity (ECS) of Earth.
TCR is characteristic of short-term predictions, up to a century out, while ECS looks centuries further into the future, when the entire climate system has reached equilibrium and temperatures have stabilized.
Because earlier studies do not account for what amounts to a net cooling effect for parts of the northern hemisphere, predictions for TCR and ECS have been lower than they should be.
This means that Earth’s climate sensitivity to carbon dioxide—or atmospheric carbon dioxide’s capacity to affect temperature change—has been underestimated, according to the study.
The next question for NASA is when will they stop pushing their debunked 97% “consensus” on man-made climate change? These “scientists” have tried to ram this radical green agenda onto us, but their theories are backfiring and continue to collapse the more we know about this issue. After this newest study, what will the latest excuse be for those advocating for a complete decarbonization process that includes eliminating all fossil fuels?
Hopefully, this whole climate change hysteria will come to a complete stop when more people finally acknowledge that these falsehoods are being debunked. If these environmentalists really wanted to follow science, they need to get rid of their special interests and find the objective answer.
