BOOM! Ted Cruz Surpasses Donald Trump In National NBC/WSJ Poll #CruzCrew

Yes, you read that right, it is not a typo. In the most recent national poll conducted from February 14th to February 16th by NBC and Wall Street Journal, Donald Trump was not in first place.

Ted Cruz was at top with 28%, followed by Trump with 26%, and Marco Rubio finishing the top 3 at 17%.

While it may be true it is one poll, it can never be overlooked. I believe this greatly reflects the last debate, in which Trump doubled down on blaming Jeb Bush’s brother for the 9/11 attacks. Make no mistake about it, I thought Trump not only had his worst debate performance, but he was by far the worst one compared to the other candidates.

This swing is significant because it comes after multiple months of Trump being on top and dominating the competition. I’m not sure if it will be concerning to him if he reads this poll, but let’s face it, he loses his cool whenever he doesn’t come in first place for anything. He may not like Cruz, but threatening to sue him and going after George W. Bush is not going to help him in any way.

Yes, it’s one poll, but it is nice to finally see someone else on top for once.
