CL Bryant and KCarl Smith headline Event: @Large promotes conference to help Black Conservative Enter Politics

The goal of @large is to inspire, motivate, and encourage black conservatives to get involved in politics and build a constituency within their communities. The desire is to inform these conservatives on the most valuable resources for civic engagement and public office – equipping them with targeted, strategic and provocative messaging, and getting them in front of people who can supply the financial resources to push that messaging into the public discussion. They strive to lay the foundation for black conservatism to spread into small and large communities alike, and give people the tools needed to build this foundation.

This conference is being held in Baton Rouge, LA on May 30-31. NOTE: Deadline to book rooms is May 6th.

The conference will include prominent, conservative black speakers such as

  • Rev. C.L. Bryant – Keynote Speaker
  • K. Carl Smith – Luncheon Speaker
  • Wayne Dupree,
  • Jason Hebert – Campaign Organization Workshop
  • Shannon Wright – Get-Out-The-Vote Workshop
  • Bill Marcy – The Permanent Campaign Workshop

The 2-day conference will include workshops and discussions on various campaign disciplines such as fundraising and messaging, networking, and a showing of Rev. C.L. Bryant’s documentary “Runaway Slave.” Reverend Bryant is the headliner for the event. K Carl Smith of the Frederick Douglass Republicans is also scheduled to speak at a luncheon and receive Frederick Douglass award presentation.

About Wayne Dupree

My name is Wayne Dupree or as most of you know me by, Newsninja2012. I am and have been committed to exposing the Democrats in a way that has been frowned upon by some conservatives and cheered by many more.
