True. Ted Cruz is on the verge of being mathematically eliminated from being able to win the GOP Presidential Nomination through the voting process – Pre-Convention. His only hope is to create a contested convention scenario where he can blow up the Republican Party and walk away with the Nomination on a 2nd ballot or more. That’s it.
In modern American Political History, candidates end their campaign when mathematically eliminated. If they don’t, they are considered gadfly spoilers. The great irony is that Cruz tries to paint Trump as the spoiler when it is Cruz himself who is the biggest sore loser on the stage.
