He’s being totally dismissed by many pundits, but Donald Trump is surging. A new Fox News Poll shows Trump surging to second place nationally behind Jeb Bush. Trump now stands at 11%, four-points behind Jeb Bush. Trump only had 4% in the last Fox News poll done at the first of June.

Bush tops the list of GOP contenders with 15 percent support among Republican primary voters. That’s up from 12 percent last month and his best showing yet.
