Dr. Ben Carson: I Have Found Nothing Hateful Or White Supremacist About Steve Bannon

Has anyone noticed the media only does this to President-Elect Donald Trump, that’s it? When Rep Keith Ellison was elected as the first Muslim in the House, Hezbollah, and Hamas celebrated, but nobody told him to disavow them.

Media should hold some responsibility for smears, character assassination and stirring racial unrest. Going after Breitbart’s Steve Bannon was something I didn’t see, especially to this magnitude. No matter who it is, the media will attach the “Alt-Right” or “racist” label on them if they have anything to do with the Trump administration.

Individuals like Dr. Ben Carson’s common sense is enough for me. He’s smarter than those average fake news TV hosts, and he doesn’t rattle as easy. If Carson says it, I will believe him.

From The Hill:

“I’ve known him. I’ve never seen any of the negative things that people talk about,” Carson said in an interview with The Daily Beast.

“I’ve been to his home,” Carson continued. “He’s a very gracious host. I have found nothing hateful or white supremacist in anything that he’s ever done.”Carson argued critics cannot fault Trump for self-described white nationalists backing the Republican.

“I don’t think the president-elect can be held responsible for who supports him,” he said. “I didn’t see anybody blaming President Obama when the Black Panthers were doing things.

“I just don’t understand why we have to take anybody who supports someone and make them try to defend that person.”

Trump in an interview with New York Times journalists on Tuesday condemned a recent meeting of white nationalists supporting him.

Trump said he didn’t want to “energize” the so-called alt-right movement, denouncing the Washington, D.C., conference over the weekend where attendees hailed his victory with Nazi-era salutes.

“I disavow and condemn them,” Trump said.

Trump also defended Bannon; his campaign CEO announced earlier this month to a top White House position. Trump argued he would not employ a racist.

Bannon was a big part of Trump’s success to be elected; I say give him a chance. Trump trusted him then, and I believe Trump. If he doesn’t work Trump will make a change. Trump will not fail even though many are trying to suggest he will.

The entire liberal approach to American blacks is to make sure they’re perpetually miserable and perpetually angry. A thriving middle-class black America would be horrible for leftwing propaganda. Now they want to flood the airwaves and academia with “Alt-Right” as a way to dirty up the political conversation.

Stay strong my friends. Fight the good fight and challenge whenever you can. Dr. Carson came out in support of Bannon. Now, it’s your turn.
