On “PBS NewsHour” on Friday, during his regular segment with syndicated columnist Mark Shields, New York Times columnist David Brooks said the ongoing infighting within the conservative movement isn’t going away any time soon. “I think it’s the beginning of a longer-lasting thing,” Brooks said. “There’s been a lot of calls for Republicans to change. And we have seen that from everybody to Paul Ryan to Marco Rubio. Now we’re beginning to see the donor class really begin to change.
Oh really Davey Boy? It´s laughable that he is supposed to be such an authority on what is going on with the Tea Party. Ask Ted Cruz, one of the most impressive Senators I have seen in a long time, how the Tea Party is doing.
First the Dims lecture us on what we need to do to win future elections. Now a real Dim Dim is saying there’s no life left in the Tea Party.
As Mark Twain said, ‘The Reports of my Death Are Greatly Exaggerated!”
Never underestimate your opponent Mr. Brooks.
