Is the Best Man for the 2016 GOP Nomination a Woman?

The case for Carly Fiorina.

Bret Baier of Fox News provides viewers with a closer look at those considering a 2016 presidential run in his series, The Presidential Contenders – 2016.  In mid February, Baier sat down with Carly Fiorina, who  most would agree is a long shot at best, to win the GOP nomination.

CarlyFiorina-370x466I knew Mrs. Fiorina by name only.  She is the former CEO of Hewlett-Packard and waged an unsuccessful run for U.S. Senate (CA) to unseat incumbent Sen. Barbara Boxer.  Given Fiorina is a Republican from California, I had assumptions about her, the first being she would have little to say that I would want to hear.

I assumed Fiorina was a pro-choice, lover of big government, with little foreign policy experience.  In short, I believed Fiorina to be a RINO.

I was wrong.

Carly Fiorina is a Conservative with the private sector experience as the CEO of an international technology company.

She articulates what it means to be a conservative, but more importantly she knows how to persuade.  She is tough without being off-putting, she is smart without seeming condescending, and she is compassionate without compromising her beliefs.

Remember, you heard it here first.

The best man for the job in 2016 may be a woman indeed, it is just not the woman the Democrat party is coronating.

Check out Carly Fiorina’s Fox News interview and 2015 CPAC speech, and let us know what you think.
