In an attempt to remove the glitter from President Trump’s joint address to Congress, Democrats are going after AG Jeff Sessions.
Once again, Russia and the Trump Administration allegations have reared its head through Democrats trying to sully the legitimacy of Pres. Trump.
Democrats keep coming up short in this department but they keep pushing, and I believe Americans are starting to turn their heads at it. Allegations are one thing, and proof is another, which is what Democrats lack.
There is no evidence Russia and any members of the Trump administration colluded or worked out deals before they took office, and that’s a fact. But if a special prosecutor needs to be created, so be it.
From Fox News:
The White House is pushing back this morning on a report about Attorney General Jeff Sessions’ meetings with the Russian ambassador during the campaign.
In a statement, the White House said this morning:
This is the latest attack against the Trump Administration by partisan Democrats. General Sessions met with the ambassador in an official capacity as a member of the Senate Armed Services Committee, which is entirely consistent with his testimony. It’s no surprise Senator Al Franken is pushing this story immediately following President Trump’s successful address to the nation.
The Washington Post reported Wednesday night that the former senator, an early adviser to the Trump campaign, spoke twice last year with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak, but did not disclose those conversations when asked by senators in his recent confirmation hearings.
Here is where Judge Nap breaks down the entire situation
