Just because the court says something, does not make that the final word

In America we have three co-equal branches of government but the increasing power of the judiciary branch is something that is rarely discussed. During his speech at the Road to Majority conference, Governor Mike Huckabee asked the audience why more Americans have not rallied in opposition to the notion that just because the court says something, we must accept it as the final word?

One of the greatest threats to our land is the notion of judicial supremacy. There is no such thing in the Constitution as judicial supremacy.
