In an interview with “Face The Nation” host Bob Schieffer, 2016 presidential hopeful Marco Rubio set off a firestorm when he said he doesn’t think homosexuality is a matter of choice. Rubio also said while he isn’t against gay marriage, he does believe marriage is between a man and a woman. He said the issue should be decided by state legislatures and not the courts.
