UNREAL! Ted Cruz Slammed For Biden Joke, Silence When Liberal Rejoiced Brietbart’s Death

Last Wednesday at a GOP dinner in Michigan, Senator Ted Cruz admittedly made a very ill-timed joke about Joe Biden, who had recently lost his 46-year-old son, Beau, to brain cancer. Cruz said the following.

Vice President Joe Biden. You know the nice thing? You don’t need a punchline. I promise you it works. The next party you’re at, just walk up to someone and say, ‘Vice President Joe Biden’ and just close your mouth. They will crack up laughing.

Social media went off the roof over Ted Cruz’s comment, despite the fact that he went on to apologize for it the following day on his facebook page.

It was a mistake to use an old joke about Joe Biden during his time of grief, and I sincerely apologize. The loss of his son is heartbreaking and tragic, and our prayers are very much with the Vice President and his family.

I’m glad he apologized for what was an inappropriate joke during this time when the Biden’s are still grieving their loss. However because Cruz is a conservative, the media will never forgive him over past remarks. They make horrendous comments from progressives appear as no big deal. For example, far left radio host Mike Malloy rejoiced on the air in 2012 when conservative activist Andrew Breitbart died. The full segment can be seen below.

Not only did Malloy show happiness, but he never apologized, whereas Ted Cruz rightfully made his apology for a very bad timed joke. The mainstream media continues to show their huge double standard, and this is the latest example of it.

Are you fed up too with the endless examples of double standards? Share on Facebook and Twitter.
