NBC promotes Friday Hurricane Benefit Concert w/Pro-Obama Celebs – If they donate 15M for Obama why not again?

This morning, NBC (Obama’s failing flagship network) announced that they would be airing a benefit telethon called Hurricane Sandy: Coming Together. Pro-Obama supporters like Jimmy Fallon, Brian Williams along with Bruce Springstreen, John Bovi and Sting will be appearing there also. Why don’t the celebrities in the music business and Hollywood decide to donate their money toward Hurricane Sandy.

This one hour concert will air on Friday night for one-hour on NBC Universal stations such as NBC, Bravo, CNBC, E!, G4, MSNBC, Style, Syfy and USA. The proceeds will go to the Red Cross.

My question is where’s Warren Buffett and George Soros? They talk up so much about their rich counterparts not paying enough taxes but it seems OK to have major stars to beg an already over-taxed population going through a bad economy for donations/contributions?

The American people will send money even if they do not have it because that’s who America is but to count on that is taking us for granted. Why doesn’t George Clooney gather the same friends that donated 15M to Obama’s campaign to create a relief fund? Why doesn’t Brad Pitt who just donated 100K to LGBT for same sex-marriage initiative do the same for Hurricane Sandy? Where’s Shaft (Samuel L. Jackson) telling his friends in Hollywood to wake up and send money?

The American people are being taken for granted while the rich Hollywood types lay back and fleece them at almost every turn.
