Obama’s unpopular agreement with Iran recognizes their right to develop nuclear capacity

Well, we knew this was going to happen. Barack Obama has been pursuing a historically bad deal with Iran since before he became President. It now appears he has achieved his goal.

Barack Obama has agreed to Iran eventually becoming a Nuclear Power with the deal he is announcing today. The deal supposedly pushes that back 10-15 years – but does anyone really think Iran is going to abide by whatever terms are in the deal? The key point is that a U.S. President has agreed to a deal that recognizes Iran’s right to develop their Nuclear capacity at all! That used to be a non-negotiable.

The deal will apparently also lift the Arms Embargo against Iran, provide huge sums of money to Iran, which will allow them to expand their state sponsorship of terrorism around the world.

Let’s hope there are enough sane Democrats in the House and Senate who will stand up to Obama on this historically bad deal and say, “No.” It will take two-thirds of both the House and Senate to override the veto Obama will issue to any vote that tries to stop his horrific deal.
