The honor of being given President of our great nation is bestowed on a few men. Those that are living should give the next person their full support. Respect for the office and knowing what it means all living presidents should attend.
We already know Barack Obama will be there, that’s how the exchange of power happens but former presidents George H. Bush, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush haven’t informed their people if they are attending or not. Only Jimmy Carter has said he was going to attend.
Everyone is talking about George H. Bush’s health, well the former commander-in-chief skydives doesn’t he? I understand how Bill Clinton is butthurt over his criminal wife losing and George W. Bush’s Christianity might be checked over this possible snub. His brother, Jeb, sucked and wouldn’t have been a good leader.
If they want to act like children or find other things to do during President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration, it doesn’t matter to me. All the former presidents are just that, former. Former is part of the reason this country is in the state it’s in. Time to move ahead.
This is how we know Trump will do a great job the establishment can’t deal with him winning.
Sad commentary on our leadership, but it’s what Dennis Peacocke has said for decades Republicans and Democrats are 2 sides of the same coin.
Regarding the former presidents not attending the #InaugrationofTrump says a lot more about them than it does Trump.

I can understand Bush Sr. not attending #Inauguration2017 since he's quite ill, but all other Presidents should attend! Respect to Carter.
