Prince Charles made headlines by making a plea to tackle climate change during a Royal Society speech when speaking to health experts on Wednesday. He is one of many who thinks the science is settled.
“The fact of climate change is now accepted by every major scientific body in the whole world”, he said.
However, this is not true. The infamous 97% ‘consensus’ stat on anthropogenic global warming he is referring to has been debunked so many times. Have those who blindly support this man-made climate change movement ever wondered how, or where that number came from? The survey came from Australian climate change activist John Cook, whose team evaluated 12,000 scientific papers. However their data was intentionally skewed, and only 65 scientists supported the view that man causes climate change, which is less than 1%.
Charles proceeds and goes on to say “Through extreme weather events, it is already causing ecosystem collapse, loss of habitation, poverty, starvation, migration, and conflict.” The reason why these climate alarmists always make a long list of so-called effects from climate change is to paint their opponents with vile tactics. If we dare deny the man-made climate change propaganda, then we’re viewed as villains who don’t care about ecosystems collapsing, poverty, or starvation. This is very similar to President Obama when he lies and says “Republicans want dirty or and water.”
Prince Charles even mocked those who don’t accept man-made climate change, when he said climate change is a “half-baked conspiracy dreamt up by extreme environmentalists intent on undermining capitalism – these constituencies include the U.N., the World Bank; The Pentagon and the U.K. Ministry of Defense, the C.I.A., N.S.A. … and, I’m happy to say, nurses and doctors!”
There is no man-made climate change and even if there was, Prince Charles is another hypocrite like Al Gore. They both ride their limos and fly their private jets while lecturing us about the so-called negative effects of these limos and private jets. This is nothing more than the ‘do as I say, not as I do’ mentality we always hear about.
The Royal Family do nothing but fly around in limos, helicopters, jets, and cars, the very vehicles Prince Charles and Al Gore say are contributing to man-made ‘climate change.’ Let’s face it. If they really believed this to be a true threat, they would give up all their transportation and ride a bike. However, we know what the man-made climate change movement is really about: More money and more government.
