I am not reporting this to destroy Prince’s legacy; I am giving my opinion on this drug dealer who should be taken into custody for murder. You deliver this amount of drugs to anyone, you have become an enabler and are guilty by association.
Maybe law enforcement should make an example out of this guy and throw him into a hole, throw the hole away and then destroy the key.
We have heard stories of most of our great musical artists in the 80s and 90s who are not here any longer and for the most part, they had some drug use to accompany their demise. Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, Elvis and so much more. Yes, drugs to kill and each person should be responsible for their actions but when do the enablers get charged and put in prison for helping them go down this road?
From Daily Mail:
Prince‘s former drug dealer has revealed the full extent of the late-star’s secret drug addiction – telling how the superstar was hooked on powerful opiates for over 25 years.
Speaking exclusively to Daily Mail Online, the performer’s long-time dealer – who asked to be named only as Doctor D – revealed the singer would spend up to $40,000 a time on six-month supplies of Dilaudid pills and Fentanyl patches – both highly addictive opioid pain killers.
He said: ‘I first met Prince in 1984 while he was filming the movie Purple Rain and he was already majorly addicted to opiates – I didn’t hook him on drugs he was already a really heavy user.
‘In the beginning he would buy speed as well as Dilaudid.
‘I would sell him black beauties which were a black pill and cross tops which were also speed pills.
‘He would use that as a counter balance to get back up again from taking opiates.
‘That lasted for a couple of years then he would just buy Dilaudid, which is a heroin based opiate. It is highly addictive.
‘As far as I knew he never took heroin – as that would leave you out of it for days whereas Dilaudid gives you an energy buzz as well as making you feel relaxed – so he preferred it.

There are so many words I want to use on this drug dealer, but it’s Sunday. I also thought it was suspect that the body was cremated so early, so quickly. That doesn’t bode well for forensics and probably getting a final word on the cause of death unless they were able to get all they could a couple of days ago.
Prince also had hip replacement surgery a few years ago that sidelined him from dancing, toning down his performances. I treasure Prince as an artist, and I am not that naive to think he didn’t take pain medication that helped him to become an addict but I also blame the enabler.
