#RedRightTrue with Ellysa Maye: The PC Police is at it Again

We are sliding down the slippery slope of political correctness and unfortunately we’re inches away from rock bottom if this is not already it. The PC police’s latest victim is a Kentucky woman who worked as a teller for US Bank for around 20 years.

She’s been sending her customers off by saying “have a blessed day” and apparently some people didn’t like that. What’s not to like? You already know the leftist argument – “she was pushing her beliefs on people, blah blah blah” – so I don’t need to get into that, but unfortunately, she was ultimately fired. She’s fighting back with a lawsuit. I pray she wins.

I’m so sick of people crying about everything, ruining other people’s lives, and acting like little children tattling on everyone who hurts their wittle feelings. It worries me for my future. What’s my generation going to be like in 10 years?

At this rate, I’m going to be surrounded by crybabies for the rest of my life. Now, Joan Rivers has been fighting against the PC police by basically being as offensive as possible. I don’t know if it’s working, but to be honest, I get where she’s coming from. Life is hard. We’ve all been through a lot.

It’s time we brush ourselves off and start putting others first and stop being so consumed with petty crap that “offends” us. We’re headed towards a secular, colorless world if we keep allowing the PC police to push us around.

Speak freely and be kind to others. It’s not that complicated. Have a blessed day.
