Maria Zakharova, spokesman for the Russian Foreign Ministry pushed back against the American media and their attempts to sully President Trump.
Zakharova claims no classified information was discussed at last week’s meeting between the two countries and the media is resorting to the fake news again.

On Facebook, Maria Zakharova, a spokeswoman for the Russian foreign ministry, referred to the reports as “yet another fake,” The Associated Press reported.
The Washington Post first reported late Monday that Trump revealed highly classified intelligence information to the Russian foreign minister and ambassador while meeting with them last week.
Trump allegedly revealed, “code-word information” related to threats from the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) that had been provided by a U.S. ally in the region, according to the Post.
One U.S. official told the new newspaper that the information was so sensitive it had not been provided to U.S. allies.
Trump discussed the information, according to the report, with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak in the Oval Office during a meeting last Wednesday — a day after he fired former FBI Director James Comey.
I think there are two simple questions to be answered based on what has happened:
1) Will US allies be more likely or less likely to share highly sensitive intelligence with America?
2) Is America now more safe or less safe?
The president as commander in chief is the foremost person authorized to determine what classified material can be released to anyone. He is the final authority in this regard. I do not know what the fuss is all about.
He was discussing a strategy with an ally in the war on Terror. You people need to get a grip and shut up with all your petty whining.
