Sarah Palin has been in the news all day Monday because of her launch of a new internet TV show she will be hosting at the ‘Sarah Palin Channel’ at sarahpalinchannel.com. Now we all love Sarah Palin not just because she’s a very smart, beautiful conservative, but she also has a talent at driving liberals absolutely crazy. In response to her new show, the liberals created their #PalinTVShow hashtag movement.
Liberals can make fun of and ridicule Palin all they want. It just goes to show how scared they are of her because of their insecurity. Despite the mainstream liberal media painting her as a dumb uneducated governor since gaining national attention in 2008, there are memorable statements Palin made that turned out to be true. Let’s review some of her past statements:
Statement #1: Russia invading Ukraine was a serious threat
When she was the VP candidate in 2008, Palin stated: “After the Russia Army invaded the nation of Georgia, Senator Obama’s reaction was one of indecision and moral equivalence, the kind of response that would only encourage Russia’s Putin to invade Ukraine next.”
Many of course laughed at her, including ForeignPolicy.com, calling it ‘strange’ and ‘extremely far-fetched.’ Well her claim turned out to be true. Russia invades Ukraine, taking Crimea, while Putin is growing in power, and we’re still stuck with a very weak president. Not only did Palin get this right, but we all remember Mitt Romney claiming Russia was the biggest threat during the 2012 Presidential debates. Of course, Obama laughed about it, joking the Cold War was a long time ago.
Statement #2: Obamacare will be a disaster
She warned about government run healthcare and bureaucrats taking control of it. On her Facebook page in 2009, she said “And who will suffer the most when they ration care? The sick, the elderly, and the disabled, of course.”
And now we have death panels targeting these vulnerable victims, higher premiums, and millions of Americans losing their plans that they loved. Bureaucrats and politicians are gaining control of the healthcare system, and Palin was blasted for being spot on.
Statement #3: Criticizing Obama for his lack of substance
Don’t just take conservatives word for it. Infamous leftist Noam Chomsky said she’s right. Chomsky said, “I don’t usually admire Sarah Palin, but when she was making fun of this ‘hopey changey stuff, she was right, there was nothing there.”
Maybe liberals should spend less time making fun of Sarah Palin and spend more time listening to her. They sure can be educated by her and learn something. There is also the liberal talking point that ‘oh Sarah Palin finally got one issue right’ if they concede she was right on an issue. No, it is not just once, its many statements Palin was spot on correct, and this was just a few of many examples. I’m proud of Sarah Palin for her accomplishments and look forward to seeing her new TV internet show grow successfully.
