The Environmentalists Are Back!

I’ve given up on humanity. The people who believe in this idea, in this notion, that government can fix things, and fix a problem that isn’t even a problem, is just unbelievable.

It was a hub for nature hippies last weekend with two events in New York City, Climate March and Flood Wall Street. Flood Wall Street, an organized protest held today in New York City, covers itself in a slogan that just breathes stupidity: Stop Capitalism, End the Climate Crisis.

I can’t make this up…

Apparently the 1% is responsible for all of the world’s environmental problems. According to their website:

On Monday, September 22nd at 9:00 am, thousands of people will gather at Battery Park in Lower Manhattan to confront the root cause of the climate crisis – an economic system based on exploiting front line communities, workers and natural resources. On the heels of the largest-ever march on climate change, we have an opportunity to transform the economic system driving this crisis.

If this doesn’t prove that the Left is made up of crackpots and communists…

First of all, capitalism is not “exploiting front line communities, workers and natural resources.” Instead, it is capitalism that provides efficiency to these means of productions by having competing businesses produce goods at cheap prices. This creates a contest as to who can produce something in the most efficient way possible by wasting the least amount of resources. This is the system these idiots SHOULD be advocating!

Without it, we would have a government controlled economy, like the world’s number one polluter and system that these fools want to replicate: China.

That’s right! Communist China’s “carbon footprint” or CO2 levels (don’t you just love it when the LClimateMarchTrash2eft comes up with cute slogans: “no justice, no peace” or “meat is murder” or “burn the bras”) are 9.7 billion metric tons as compared to the U.S.’s 5.4 billion. Although we are number two, it is important to note that no matter what tree-huggers scream for, the U.S. economy is still reeling from it’s “Obama Recovery” (or coma) and any new environmental laws regulating smoke will destroy our economy.

As if this wasn’t enough, Climate March, one of the largest global warming marches in history, blocked traffic Sunday in New York City. After leaving behind mounds of garbage and food, this protest, which was led in part by Leonardo DiCaprio and Al Gore, exemplify the irony present in the liberal mind.

But these morons don’t care. As long as there’s a tree out there for some dog to piss on, these Al Gore loving knuckle-heads should be used for our entertainment.
