UNBELIEVABLE! Democrats Now Threatening To Shut Down Wall Funding By Doing This!

On Monday, Senator Chuck Schumer and other Democrats sent a letter to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.

They warned of shutting down the government if there is any spending included on the southern wall.

Fox News reports the threat in Schumer’s letter.

“We believe it would be inappropriate to insist on the inclusion of such funding in a must-pass appropriations bill that is needed for the Republican majority in control of the Congress to avert a government shutdown so early in President Trump’s Administration.”

Democrats also warned of any “poison pill riders” in the spending.

“We hope our Republican colleagues will work with us in a bipartisan way so that the appropriations process meets the needs of the American people,” Schumer said. “If Republicans insist on inserting poison pill riders such as defunding Planned Parenthood, building a border wall, or starting a deportation force, they will be shutting down the government and delivering a severe blow to our economy.”

It is Schumer threatening to shut down the government, yet tries to blame Republicans.

They are doing everything to stop Trump, but this time, they are called heroes from the media.

In 2013, when Ted Cruz courageously fought against Obamacare in a historic filibuster, Democrats called him an extremist for the government shutdown.

One question is why Schumer is fighting a border wall now? Politico reported he was one of the Democrats that voted in support of a 2006 bill which enforced a stronger wall.

They complained about Cruz in 2013, and now they’re doing the same thing.
