Less than a week before next Tuesday’s Wisconsin GOP Primary, a new Marquette University Law School poll has Ted Cruz leading with 40%, compared to 30% and 21% for Donald Trump and John Kasich, respectively.

This poll was conducted from March 24th to March 28th, and the 10 point lead is not the first time showing Cruz with a lead. A few other Wisconsin polls also had him in first, despite the spoiler Kasich still in the race.
Plus, with Trump’s campaign manager being arrested for battery against Michelle Fields yesterday, I think this will hurt Trump, even more, going into next Tuesday. Despite having done well in the polls for numerous months, he is still not invincible.
This 10 point lead by Cruz is the biggest lead in Wisconsin so far, and this increase seems to show more momentum shifting to the Texas Senator. Only time will tell to see if this poll will reflect the voters’ decision on Tuesday.
