Let me say this and I want you all to understand, I do not condone what these use did to this disabled young man, but I don’t like what I’m watching on social media.
I am watching individuals use a hashtag in calling out these attackers as members of black lives matter members when there is no proof. I am watching racism on both sides of the aisle and I am frustrated. The the crime in itself was heinous, and nobody should ever have to go through that publicly or privately. But attaching like laughing matter to this crime is unfair and racist.
We all know that Chicago was screwed up, it’s been that way for long time and has escalated I think under Barack Obama as president. But everything that happens in Chicago is not black lives matter related. I think that these charges I would hate crime fit the bill and hopefully they are convicted of said charges.
Four people have been charged in the brutal beating and torturing of a mentally disabled man that was broadcasted live on Facebook.
Jordan Hill, Tesfaye Cooper, Brittany Covington and Tanishia Covington face felony criminal charges of aggravated kidnapping, hate crime; aggravated unlawful restraint; aggravated battery deadly weapon; robbery; PSMV; residential burglary.
