DACA goes against our immigration laws! Keeping DACA would erode our immigration laws!
According to Politico, President Trump will announce he is ending the unconstitutional DACA program created by Barack Obama, but instead of cutting it off right now, he’s going to phase it out in six months.
Illegal is illegal. Laws either apply to all or none. DACA is just another way that Barack Hussein Obama gave illegals more rights than American children. Another way he skirted our laws. Another way he took away the rights of Americans to have a say.
Sure hope this is true. But if you give these illegals any more time you will regret it. They will never leave. Obama put this in illegally so what are you waitingThey’veheyve had time to become legal but they really didn’t have to because no one enforced the true laws of this country.
Ending DACA now gives chance 2 restore Rule of Law. Delaying so R Leadership can push Amnesty is Republican suicide. https://t.co/iYOLxFWp7V

Trump has wrestled for months with whether to do away with the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, known as DACA. He has faced strong warnings from members of his own party not to scrap the program and struggled with his own misgivings about targeting minors for deportation.
Conversations with Attorney General Jeff Sessions, who argued that Congress — rather than the executive branch — is responsible for writing immigration law, helped persuade the president to terminate the program, the two sources said, though White House aides caution that — as with everything in the Trump White House — nothing is set in stone until an official announcement has been made.
In a nod to reservations held by many lawmakers, the White House plans to delay the enforcement of the president’s decision for six months, giving Congress a window to act, according to one White House official. But a senior White House aide said that chief of staff John Kelly, who has been running the West Wing policy process on the issue, “thinks Congress should’ve gotten its act together a lot longer ago.”
Trump is expected to announce his decision on Tuesday, and the White House informed House Speaker Paul Ryan of the president’s decision on Sunday morning, according to a source close to the administration. Ryan had said during a radio interview on Friday that he didn’t think the president should terminate DACA, and that Congress should act on the issue.

Funny how they come here illegally, fight ‘our’ government so they can take what they want, giving nothing in return, send money home, but won’t fight their own government to make their own home country better! I have never understood that and probably never will, and neither will the stupid leftists!
If illegal aliens wish to be angry at anyone, they should be angry at the left who led them along with freebies and promises that they could come and live here. But here’s the cruel part for them: the Democrats never changed the immigration laws. All President Trump has to do is enforce existing laws.
It’s very simple. It comes down to whether you believe in borders or not. That’s the question to ask people who try to argue that they should all be granted amnesty.
While I do not like the six months, we need to keep the pressure up. Delaying enforcement only creates more confusion and injustice. President Trump and the administration needs to hear from us and we need to use that time. We need to keep the pressure up on Congress also.
