That has to be the most ridiculous thing these Democrats have come up with yet! Good grief, they must stay awake all night thinking up these preposterous accusations.
Former DNC Chairman Howard Dean wants his name in the public eye going into 2018, so he’s willing to throw President Trump under the bus associating the administration with criminal activities. We all know how the Clintons were documented criminals and Dean never spoke against them.
He is also confusing Trump with Barack Obama. Dean has forgotten there is a growing body of evidence that the Obama administration engaged in a host of illegal and unconstitutional activities?

During a segment an MSNBC host said Trump is “constantly vacationing to promote his own properties.”
“The promotion is extraordinary. There hasn’t been a president in my lifetime that’s done anything like this,” Dean said in response.
“In the beginning, the constitutional business about the emoluments clause, which is you’re not supposed to take foreign money to influence your policy, it didn’t bother me, I thought it was a far-flung argument — I’m not an attorney.”
But Dean said it is clear that Trump or his staff are “shaking down foreign governments who have moved their events to his hotel in Washington at somebody’s request in order to get favors.”
“I think he’s running a criminal enterprise out of the White House and I think that’s what Bob Mueller’s on the track of,” Dean said.
The emoluments clause prohibits federal officials from taking payments from foreign governments. Earlier this month, a federal judge dismissed a lawsuit from a liberal watchdog organization arguing Trump had violated the clause.
Criminalizing political differences of opinion was never a good idea. Hyperbole doesn’t do much good, either, except for riling up the base, sharpening divisions, and driving moderates out of the picture. It’s been said that American politics is played between the 40-yard lines. That’s true of ordinary people, and the way they live, but passionate power seekers are more often found outside the 40s.
Dean’s excesses provide examples of why calm, decent people avoid politics.
