Rosenstein pokes fun at House Republicans – “They can’t even resist leaking their own drafts”
It is not a threat its appropriate action. Calling it a threat shows why this action is necessary.

Without digging too deeply, I think Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein needs to arrest himself.

The Freedom Caucus have publicly talked of impeaching Rosenstein, and now they’ve started the engine. This man thinks he is above the law. His strategy of slow-walking the release of relevant documents until the “promised blue wave” materializes is a complete repudiation of the rule of law.

It is not a threat its appropriate action. Calling it a threat shows why this action is necessary. Anyway, we know what goes on. FISA is a rubber stamp machine which is a circular approval farce to go around an ordinary warrant allowed by the constitution. Abuse of FISA was inevitable. It occurred before when Swamp Rat Kink Clapper lied to Congress and the abuse occurred again here with spying on Pres. Trump.

Video excerpts:

“I saw that draft,” he said at an event at the Newseum on Tuesday. “I don’t know who wrote it. It really does illustrate and important point about the rule of law and how we operate at the department [of justice].”

“If we’re going to accuse someone of wrongdoing, we have to have admissible evidence, credible witnesses, we have to prove our case in court. We have to affix our signature to the charging document.”

“There’s a lot of talk about FISA applications. Many people I’ve seen talk about it seem not to recognize that a FISA application is actually a warrant, just like a search warrant. In order to get a FISA warrant, you need an affidavit signed by a career law enforcement officer who swears the information is true… And if it is wrong, that person is going to face consequences.”

He also says: “The Department of Justice is not going to be extorted. We’re going to do what is required by the rule of law.”

Sorry but exercising constitutionally bestowed authority is not extortion. Extortion is catching someone in a perjury trap and then offering to drop charges if they flip.
