Republicans Are Suing Joe Over His Gun-Grab, and They’re Dragging Hunter Into The Mix

I’ll tell you what I like to see…I like to see the Republicans fighting…and I like to see them fighting smart, clever and with no apologies…and that’s what they’re doing right now.

As you know, Joe Biden has unleashed his tyrannical “gun-grab” on America, and it’s riddled with radical/communist objectives so it’s dire that Republicans fire back (pun intended) and fight with as much firepower as they can muster.

And right now lawmakers are seeking to take Joe and his grabby gun plans to court and it looks like once again, Hunter will come back to haunt dear old dad.

The receipt for Hunter Biden’s gun indicated shows that answered “no” when asked: “Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance?”

Well, we all know that’s wrong, since Hunter’s admitted to smoking everything from crack cocaine to Parmesan cheese.

Don Jr. threw the first punch:

“Biden wants to disarm law-abiding American citizens with unconstitutional gun control measures, but his son Hunter is allowed to break the law and lie on federal background check forms to get a gun with no consequences???” tweeted Donald Trump Jr.

Then Dana Loesch came in with a nice right hook:

“Does it include bringing charges against members of his family for stealing a handgun and falsifying a 4473?”

Kevin McCarthy and a slew of other Republicans have vowed to stop tyrant Biden.

McCarthy indicated that legal action would be forthcoming over the gun control measures: “President Biden has ordered the [Justice Department] to issue new rules that will surely result in unconstitutional overreach. Republicans will strongly oppose and pursue every option—be it legislative or judicial—to protect the right to keep and bear arms from infringement by this Administration.”

South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem also stepped up to the plate: “Taking away guns with Red Flag laws is an infringement,” she tweeted. “Placing new limits on firearms sales is an infringement.”

West Virginia’s Republican attorney general, Patrick Morrisey also threatened litigation. “Defending the Second Amendment remains one of the most important priorities for the West Virginia Attorney General’s Office,” he remarked. “I will not allow the far left to run roughshod over our citizens’ gun rights. If President Biden follows through on his proposals, we will be in court very quickly.”

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) weighed in: “The right to keep and bear arms is fundamental for preserving our liberty. The answer is not to restrict the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding citizens, the answer is to go after violent criminals and come down on them like a ton of bricks.”

Rep. Lauren Boebert called on Republican attorney generals to prepare for a legal fight as well. She also referred to Biden’s actions as those of a “tyrant.”

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene flatly stated: “The right of the people to keep and bear arms SHALL NOT be infringed!”

It’s good to see Repblcains come together and fight united as one strong group.

It’s also good too see we’re not shying away from calling out Hunter. This guy hass gotten away with so much thanks to his Biden privilege. it’s about time he’s held accountable for something in his miserable life.,
