YouTube, Google Make Huge Decision To Stop Monetization Of Climate Change Deniers

Over the past couple of years, big tech has shrugged off their blankets and come out of the closet to show America who they are and who they will support.

That’s going to be a headache for conservative websites trying to give Americans the other side of the argument after being inundated with the liberal agenda all these years.

Now, Google and YouTube have chosen to stop monetizing content with creators that deny climate change.

AXIOS – Google and YouTube on Thursday announced a new policy that prohibits climate deniers from being able to monetize their content on its platforms via ads or creator payments.

It’s one of the most aggressive measures any major tech platform has taken to combat climate change misinformation.

Google advertisers and publishers, as well as YouTube creators, will be prohibited from making ad revenue off content that contradicts “well-established scientific consensus around the existence and causes of climate change,” the company’s ads team said in a statement.

“This includes content referring to climate change as a hoax or a scam, claims denying that long-term trends show the global climate is warming, and claims denying that greenhouse gas emissions or human activity contribute to climate change.”

Ads and monetization will still be allowed to run alongside other climate-related topics, like public debates on climate policy, impacts of climate change, and new research around the issue.

Google said it’s making these changes in response to frustration from advertisers and content creators about their messages appearing alongside climate denialism.

That’s just a start. In the future, they will ban anything that goes against this Great Reset agenda. Antilockdown, anti-climate change, anti-green New Deal, anti-vax, they will ban all of them.

Here is the kicker, and you should not discard it so quickly. This is nothing but censorship. How can you not ask questions or provide facts to disprove things that are not right? Censorship is growing within the big tech companies. When it reaches a crescendo, your voice will be labeled as a “lawbreaker” unless you decide to stand up, leave social media and start fixing things in your local communities. That’s how it begins.
