President Joe Biden’s popularity ratings have been steadily declining for months, but the most recent figures from Quinnipiac University show that he may have reached rock-bottom levels.
According to a survey issued on Wednesday, just 33 percent of Americans approve of Biden’s job performance as president, compared to 53 percent who disapprove of his performance.
It's a triple-whammy for Biden. His handling of …
– the economy: 34% approve, while 57% disapprove;
– foreign policy: 35% approve, while 54% disapprove;
– the response to the coronavirus: 39% approve, while 55% disapprove.

According to the same pollster, this is a decrease from 36% in November. Even Democrats, when analyzed by political party, tend to be more dissatisfied with the state of the country during the winter months.
At the time, Biden had 87 percent of his party’s support, but he today has just 75 percent.
The margin of error for the telephone poll of 1,313 persons conducted between January 7 and January 10 was plus or minus 2.7 percent.
President Biden's overall approval rating in the last seven Quinnipiac polls: 49%, 46%, 42%, 38%, 37%, 36%, 33%.

Although die-hard Biden supporters may be perplexed as to why the president is doing so badly in the eyes of the general public, the answer becomes evident when the president’s performance on individual subjects is taken into consideration.
Quinnipiac University concluded that just 34% approve of his management of the economy, 35% favor of his handling of foreign affairs, and 39% approve of his handling of the coronavirus.
What a pleasant surprise. Inflation soars, the pullout from Afghanistan goes awry, and coronavirus cases soar despite promises to “shut down” the virus, according to the president’s polling numbers.
These concerns are shared by all Americans, regardless of their age, color, or socioeconomic status. People in the United States are trying to keep up with escalating prices, and they are continuously being surprised by new coronavirus rules.
Despite facing a 24/7 smear campaign from the media and the swamp, the lowest approval rating Donald Trump ever had in his presidency was 37%.
Today's Quinnipiac Poll had Joe Biden at 33%.
This administration is truly failing in every way.

New Quinnipiac poll not good for Biden: His approval rating among adults is 33%. Among independents, that’s 24%. Among Hispanics, it’s 28%. In November, 87% of Democrats approved of Biden-today, it’s 75%. https://t.co/CbSo8fH2ix

The fact that Biden’s poll ratings are declining does not necessarily imply that voters will rush to the Republican Party in droves in the 2022 midterm elections, but it does suggest that a significant number of Americans are looking for fresh leadership in Washington.
Following the publication of these figures, independent journalist Glenn Greenwald pointed out that the mainstream media are no longer credible sources of information.
In addition to other things, these figures demonstrate just how swiftly the dominant wing of corporate media is losing its grasp on power and the distribution of knowledge. On Wednesday, Trump tweeted that “the business model they picked worked for a time – let’s speak solely to Democrats, give them what they want — but now it’s a jail.”
The White House has spent the last year attempting to appease press organizations rather than focusing on putting out the various flames it is now dealing with.
Despite the fact that the government seems to be devoted to this policy, it will be up to the people to determine whether it is successful or not.
