According to businessman Mike Lindell, bankers are threatening to turn their backs on him because of his political activities, but he has promised that he would not make their lives any easier.
Steve Bannon’s “War Room” podcast featured Lindell, CEO of MyPillow, on Friday.
According to Newsweek, he mentioned two banks that he claims are seeking to close his accounts. Lindell’s assertion has not been validated by the banks.
It was revealed on the podcast that one of the banks did not want to be mentioned in connection with a subpoena for Lindell’s documents, which Lindell said was recorded.
“Reputation risk” was cited as the reason for the bank’s apprehension of Lindell.
Here’s the conversation where the bank staff member asks Lindell’s staff member to close their accounts:
Banks are hounding Lindell and want him to shutter his accounts within the next 30 days, according to Newsweek.
This is not something that I want to be a part of,” I said. I won’t be going anywhere. At the 21st minute of the podcast, he added, “So you’re going to have to toss me out of your bank.”
When will it all come to an end?” When they de-bank, where does it all go? As Lindell put it.
Prosecutors said Lindell’s support for former President Trump and his critiques of the 2020 election’s conduct are to blame for his persecuting.

The phone records of Lindell have been subpoenaed by those investigating the Capitol intrusion, according to Lindell.
“I wasn’t there on January 6th and sure, they subpoenaed my phone data, but we filed a case for declaratory and injunctive relief against the January 6th committee and Verizon to utterly nullify this bogus demand,” he said earlier this month to CNBC.
According to the Independent, Lindell attended a Trump event in Arizona on Saturday.
He was critical of Fox News’ coverage of the 2020 presidential race throughout his remarks.
MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell: "This brings up the biggest problem we face. It’s not the fake news media… It’s the conservative media. The ones that don’t talk. One of them rhymes with Fox. Disgusting🤮 They’re disgusting🤮"#TrumpRally

The Independent reports that he remarked, “When was the last time you saw somebody on Fox speak about the 2020 election?”
According to the Independent, Lindell has also accused Republican Arizona Governor Doug Ducey of being a “obstruction” to attempts to uncover evidence of corruption in the 2020 election.
