Motion To Strike: ‘Prejudicial—And False—Allegations’ in Durham Petition, Say Ex-Clinton Lawyer Attorneys

On Tuesday, an indicted former Clinton campaign attorney fought back against claims made by special counsel John Durham, claiming that the special counsel was attempting to politicize the criminal case and bias the jury. Attorneys for Michael Sussmann, the former Clinton campaign lawyer, submitted a motion in federal court criticizing Mr. Durham’s charges of a widespread eavesdropping operation against President Donald Trump, which was denied by the court.
