[VIDEO] Congressman Performs “Experiment” With His Door to “Prove” Capitol Police Entered His Office Illegally

Texas Rep Troy Nehls is convinced that he’s being spied on.

And he believes Pelosi is using the Capitol Police to dig up dirt on him.

Here’s what Nehls said in a Twitter thread:

On November 20th, 2021, Capitol Police entered my office without my knowledge and photographed confidential legislative products protected by the Speech and Debate clause enshrined in the Constitution, Article 1 Section 6.

Two days later on Monday November 22, 2021 (Thanksgiving week), three intelligence officers attempted to enter my office while the House was in recess.

Upon discovering a member of my staff, special agents dressed like construction workers began to question him as to the contents of a photograph taken illegally two days earlier.

[email protected] never informed myself or senior level staff of their investigation and the reasons are clear.

They had no authority to photograph my office, let alone investigate myself or members of my staff. So, why is the Capitol Police Leadership maliciously investigating me in an attempt to destroy me and my character?

Maybe it is because I have been a vocal critic of @SpeakerPelosi, the @January6thCmte, and @CapitolPolice
leadership about their handling of January 6th, the death of Ashli Babbitt and the subsequent SHAM investigation.

Obviously, SOMETHING happened, and someone entered his office. That doesn’t seem to be up for debate.

It’s the “who” that is in question.

And not surprisingly, Pelosi and the Capitol Police Chief deny any knowledge of what is going on.

PBS reported that Rep. Troy Nehls of Texas accused the Capitol Police of having “illegally” investigated his office in November. Both Nehls and the police agree on basic facts about the incident in question that indicate no laws were broken when an officer entered Nehls’ office.

But in a Fox News interview, Nehls alleged House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, a Democrat, “is weaponizing the U.S. Capitol Police to investigate me, to try to silence me, intimidate me, and quite honestly, to destroy me.” He provided no evidence for that claim and Pelosi noted Wednesday that she has “no power over the Capitol Police.”

“Frankly, I’ve been a police chief for over 21 years, and I have never allowed politics to influence my decisions,” U.S. Capitol Police Chief Tom Manger said in an interview with The Associated Press on Tuesday. “I feel like the men and women of the U.S. Capitol Police are being dragged into partisan differences, and that’s unfair to them and it’s unfair to this department.”

Manger strenuously denied that his officers spied on Nehls, a former sheriff of Fort Bend County in suburban Houston. Promoting that unfounded theory could put his officers at increased risk, Manger said.

Today, Rep Nehl posted a video “door experiment,” showing how the door to his office automatically closes.

Rep Nehl says that Capitol Police officers claim they found the door “wide open” on Saturday.

According to this video, that looks impossible.

What do you think is going on here?

Would you put it past Pelosi or other lefties to pull a “dirty trick”?

Clearly, something is going on, but sadly, the chances of finding out exactly what that “something” really is, seems unlikely.
