The left is on a mission to destroy Rep Cawthorn.
Dems are deeply triggered by the young America First congressman from North Carolina, and they target him with their hair-brained attacks quite often.
But this latest one was one of the most desperate and absurd yet.

Leftist rag Politico printed so-called “scandalous/racy” photos of Madison wearing women’s lingerie and earrings, and drinking wine with women.
They thought they uncovered some scandalous “double life” of Rep Cawthron.
Instantly the left’s propaganda machine kicked into high gear, and the Twitter account Occupy Democrats blasted out the photos, calling for Madison to resign.
Here’s what Occupy Democrats said: “BREAKING: Photos leak exposing MAGA Rep. Madison Cawthorn partying while dressed in skimpy lingerie and hoop earrings while drinking with women — Cawthorn previously claimed that he refused to attend Republican cocaine orgies. RT IF YOU THINK THAT HE MUST RESIGN!”

Apparently, a person formerly close to Cawthorn and his campaign gave the pics to Politico and they were confirmed by a second source who was also formerly close to Cawthorn.
Well, as damning as everyone hoped the pictures were, the big “scandal” ended up being a huge and goofy flop.
Cawthorn responded to the report by claiming that the photos were taken during a vacation cruise.
“I guess the left thinks goofy vacation photos during a game on a cruise (taken waaay before I ran for Congress) is going to somehow hurt me?” Cawthorn wrote on Twitter. “They’re running out of things to throw at me.”
Cawthorn posted a link to a blog post that appears to show the event, an adults-only scavenger hunt, on a Royal Caribbean cruise where Cawthorn wore the lingerie.
“What Royal Caribbean event has you sharing your underwear, putting lipstick on strangers and screaming at the top of your lungs? It’s the Quest game show, the adults-only scavenger hunt that ranks as a cruise can’t-miss,” the post stated. “Quest is uproariously fun, supremely competitive, and it’s definitely for adults only, which is why it’s often scheduled after 11 p.m.”

No, they don’t. This is just about the images and trying to smear Madison with propaganda.
Because I guarantee you, nobody on earth cares about “fake drag” pics taken during a Royal Caribbean game.
