Report: EU Decides To Further Punish Russia; Moves To Ban Russian Oil Imports

The European Union agreed to ban the vast majority of Russian oil imports after tense talks that tested how far the bloc is willing to go to isolate Moscow. This is the biggest thing the EU has done so far to punish Russia for its war in Ukraine. Since Russia’s invasion on February 24, the West has tried to make Russia pay financially for its war.
