Report: After Supreme Court Roe V. Wade Overturn, Abortions Are Now ILLEGAL In Texas

Abortions are officially prohibited in Texas, according to a Friday announcement from Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton. This comes after the Supreme Court’s shocking decision to reverse the important Roe v. Wade ruling from 1973 regarding reproductive rights. The US Supreme Court rejected Roe v. Wade, 410 U.S. 113 (1973), and Planned Parenthood v. Casey, 505 U.S. 833 (1992), according to a statement from Paxton, ending a half-century of an unconstitutional and inhumane national “right” to abortion.
