Update at the end of the story.
Travis Barker, the star of the popular rock band “Blink 182,” was just rushed to the hospital after succumbing to some mysterious medical emergency.
I don’t know what is ailing this poor man, but there have been so many “sudden emergencies” and deaths lately; it’s scary beyond belief.
At one point, before being taken away from his house by ambulance, Travis was coherent enough to tweet, “God save me.”
That poor man. How terrifying.
Barker and Kourtney Kardashian recently married, and I am sure this is the last way the two want to kick off their marriage.
TMZ is reporting that the last time we saw Travis out was last Wednesday when he was leaving a studio in L.A. — so it seems his medical emergency came on quickly.
5:14 PM PT — Travis’ medical emergency is starting to sound more serious … because his daughter is asking for prayers.
Alabama Barker took to social media after her dad was hospitalized and asked folks to send prayers to Travis.
Unfortunately, the “in sickness” part of Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker’s vows is already coming into play … the drummer was just hospitalized, with his new wife by his side.
Barker and Kourtney first showed up at West Hills hospital Tuesday morning for a health issue Travis was experiencing. Apparently, the medical crew at West Hills felt Travis needed additional care, because he was then taken by ambulance to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
Kourtney followed closely behind the ambulance, wearing black sweats and a hoodie.
The family is asking for prayers, so let’s help them out and send prayers to Travis.
We now know what caused Travis to be rushed to the hospital.
Radar Online is reporting that
Travis Barker worried his fans when he was rushed to the hospital without explanation on Tuesday, and now we know why. Radar has learned the Blink-182 rocker’s medical emergency was pancreatitis, brought on by a recent colonoscopy.
Kourtney Kardashian’s 46-year-old husband alluded to being in extreme pain yesterday morning, taking to his social media with a cryptic post. “God save me,” Travis wrote.
Hours later, photos showed him arriving at the hospital in an ambulance and being rushed into the facility on a stretcher. His reality star wife was photographed by his side.
