After being abruptly fired from Fox News earlier this week, Tucker Carlson finally spoke out in a video posted to Twitter just now. In a moving speech, he pledged to keep promoting the truth even after leaving Fox News. When asked to wrap up, the former Fox News presenter said, "true things prevail" and "there is hope."

“Good evening, it’s Tucker Carlson. One of the first things you realize when you step outside the noise for a few days is how many genuinely nice people there are in this country. Kind and decent people, people who really care about what’s true and a bunch of hilarious people also. A lot of those. It’s got to be the majority of population, even now. So that’s heartening.”
The renowned Conservative went on to criticize the "unbelievably stupid" arguments in the mainstream media.
"When you step back for a while, you also realize how ridiculously idiotic most of the discussions you watch on television are. They don't even matter. They are meaningless."
