Four would-be robbers are seen in a Ring Doorbell video assaulting a homeowner in Rocky Hill, Connecticut, on Monday night after failing to break into his car. According to WFSB, the attack was captured on camera by Rocky Hill Police on Wednesday and occurred at 7:02 p.m. on Valley View Drive.

The driver's side door of the car, which is parked in the driveway, is seen being opened by the first suspect on the footage. As soon as the suspect starts the car, the homeowner rushes outside, grabs him, and starts beating him up in front of the automobile.

Even though it seems like the suspect can run away and the homeowner is yelling at him to "get the fuck out of here," the suspect fights back and pushes him against a wall. The other three suspects approach one at a time, punching and kicking the man. The culprits fled and drove off as soon as someone shouted "I called the cops" off-camera.

According to Rocky Hill police, "the four suspects would leave the area in a dark blue or black four-door Mercedes sedan," WFSB said. According to Rocky Hill police, the suspects are one young white or Hispanic man and three young black boys, according to WFSB. All were covered up.
