The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals mandated on Tuesday that Stormy Daniels pay former President Donald Trump an extra $121,972.56 to cover legal costs associated with her lawsuit against him.

According to the Texas Citizens Participation Act, the court granted Donald J. Trump's appeal attorneys' costs, according to the order. "The court referred the determination of an acceptable sum to the appellate commissioner." Trump had asked for the precise sum the court had decided to pay Harder LLP and the Dhillon Law Group for their 183.35 hours of work.

Eric Trump, the president's son, tweeted the order's announcement "BREAKING!!! The 9th Circuit just granted Trump $121,962.56 in Stormy Daniels' legal fees. just released the order. She owes him an additional $500k on top of this."

In connection with the lawsuit, the Ninth Circuit already mandated that Daniels pay Trump more than $530,000. The court mandated that Daniels pay Trump approximately $292,000 as well as $245,209.67 to fund Trump's legal expenses in separate rulings. Daniels now owes Trump a total of about $700,000.

The most recent order was issued on the same day that Trump turned himself in to New York police to be charged in connection with a 2016 payment to Daniels made by Trump's then-personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, according to Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg's investigation. To 34 counts, he has entered a not guilty plea.
