On Monday, ICE verified to the Daily Caller News Foundation (DCNF) that the alleged shooter was the subject of an immigration judge's removal order dating back to March 16, 2009.
The gunman used an AR-15-style rifle, Jean-Pierre said, adding that Congress should outlaw these "weapons of war."
