Kennedy Delivers Brutal Truth About Biden Russia Policies; 'We've Been Lied To'

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said in an interview that the US has frequently violated "red lines" instead of paying attention to Russian President Vladimir Putin's warnings. The Democrat seeking the presidency of the United States said that Washington should have either welcomed Moscow into NATO or destroyed the anti-Russian alliance after the Cold War.

"We ought to have paid attention to Putin for many years. We promised Gorbachev and Russia that we would not shift NATO even a little to the east. After that, we entered and lied, Kennedy told the publication UnHerd.

The US pushed NATO to Russia's borders instead of proposing to include Russia in the West, as many diplomats advocated in 1991. What other goal does NATO have other to confront Russia? Russia would naturally respond in like if you approach them in a hostile manner from the outset, Kennedy warned.

He recalled the notorious phone conversation in which Victoria Nuland was "handpicking a new cabinet" unfriendly to Moscow and characterized what transpired in Kiev in 2014 as "basically a coup d'etat" sponsored by the US.

Kennedy said that if Mexico did that and then began murdering expatriate Americans, "we would invade in a second" since they murdered 14,000 Russians in the Donbass, according to the Ukrainian government, and because Putin "repeatedly told us: these are red lines, you're crossing."

American leaders should be able to "put yourself in the other guy's shoes," as his uncle John F. Kennedy did in 1962 during the Cuban Missile Crisis, pulling the country back from the verge of nuclear war, against the advice of all of his advisors.

Kennedy referred to Putin as a "gangster," "thug," and "bully" and denounced the "barbaric and illegal invasion" of Ukraine. He also stated that the US has already "sacrificed" 300,000 Ukrainians in war. Kennedy branded the invasion of Ukraine "barbaric and illegal." "Every step that we've taken has been to enlarge the conflict and to maximize bloodshed," he claimed, despite the White House portraying helping Kiev as a humanitarian mission.

As Kennedy put it, "Let's be honest: It's a US war against Russia, to essentially sacrifice the flower of Ukrainian youth in an abattoir of death and destruction for the geopolitical ambition of the neocons" to see regime change in Moscow. He continued by saying that the problem's originators lacked the ability to solve it.

When questioned about his suggested course of action, Kennedy said that a deal like to the Minsk Accords, a commitment to keep Ukraine outside of NATO, and the removal of nuclear missile launchers from Russia's borders may be effective.
