Explosive Allegations: FBI Confirms Bribery Scheme Involving Joe Biden and Foreign National

FBI Director Christopher Wray recently confirmed the existence of a document, which alleges a criminal bribery scheme involving former Vice President Joe Biden and a foreign national. The potential contempt of Congress by Biden was also raised for failing to respond to a subpoena issued by the House Oversight Committee. The whistleblower made this document public, yet Wray is only permitting its review at the FBI headquarters and declining to release it to Congress.

The FBI Director confirmed the existence of the FD-1023 form alleging that the former Vice President Biden engaged in a criminal bribery scheme with a foreign national, but "did not commit to producing the documents subpoenaed by the House Oversight Committee," according to Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY), who made the statement in a statement on Wednesday.

Comer continued, "While Director Wray has offered to let us see the documents in person at FBI headquarters - after refusing to even acknowledge that the form existed for a month - we have been clear that anything short of producing these documents to the House Oversight Committee is not in compliance with the subpoena."

Comer reiterated his warning from earlier this week that the House Oversight Committee would hold Comer in contempt if he refused to turn over the papers that were subject to a subpoena: "If the FBI fails to hand over the FD-1023 form as required by the subpoena, the House Oversight Committee will begin contempt of Congress proceedings."

Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA), a fellow lawmaker working to follow up on tips from informants who have come forward with details about the politicization of federal law enforcement by the Biden administration and the eyebrow-raising finances of the Biden family, criticized Wray and the FBI's handling of the case as well.

Grassley said in a statement that the FBI "continues to treat Congress like second class citizens by refusing to provide a specific unclassified record" despite the fact that it seems to have released secret material to the news media in recent weeks, endangering its own human sources.

"Director Wray confirmed what my whistleblowers have told me pursuant to legally protected disclosures: the FBI-generated document is real, but the bureau has yet to provide it to Congress in defiance of a legitimate congressional subpoena," the Iowa Republican said. "This failure has consequences," Grassley said in his conclusion.

The way the FBI and its director responded to the congressional inquiry into the whistleblower's allegations has made it look like the situation is worse than it needs to be.

The FBI conveyed the impression it has something to conceal by initially refusing to recognize the existence of the document then retracting and acknowledging its presence.

The fact that the paper is allegedly about the present president of the United States and not the FBI further lends it an initial air of blatant politicalness.

Then, by refusing to comply with congressional subpoenas, it makes the entire situation appear to be an effort to hide what is allegedly proof of a bribery plot involving a vice president in office and a foreign citizen.

It seems like there is still more to the document and what it contains, so the FBI would not want to lose control over the document lest it be leaked (as the FBI ironically loves to do with friendly media) or become public. The FBI has stated that lawmakers can view the document, but only at the FBI headquarters.

For all Americans or politicians to know right now, the paper may be nothing more than a tip that then-VP Biden accepted money to perform services for a foreign individual, but that report was immediately and readily disproved.

If that's the case, why wouldn't the FBI simply tweet out the paper or, at the very least, hand it up to Congress when required to do so? Instead, Wray has painted the FBI as a political organization covering up illegal activity while he was vice president in order to save the Democratic president from what appears to be devastating evidence.  It all boils down to what at first glance appears to be a straightforward query: If the FBI has nothing to hide with this document, why is it being withheld?
