On the morning of August 25, 2022, an observant police officer spotted a stranded SUV within one of the busy traffic lanes of Eau Claire, WI. Concerned for the safety of other drivers, the officer promptly approached the vehicle to investigate. To their surprise, it was revealed that both the driver and passenger had active warrants, giving rise to a potentially more complex situation.
