This inquiry led to the filing of charges against former President Donald Trump and 18 co-defendants, who are accused of attempting to alter the results of the 2020 election.

The correspondence is received shortly prior to the anticipated surrender of Trump to the Fulton County detention facility.

Did Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis collaborate with Jack Smith?  Did she engage in communication with the Executive Branch? Were any federal money allocated for the purpose of conducting an investigation of President Trump? Jordan made a public announcement on X, the social media site formerly referred to as Twitter, regarding his investigation.

The state charges filed against former President Trump in Georgia are distinct from the federal indictment initiated by special counsel Jack Smith. These federal charges pertain to two separate investigations, one regarding Trump's alleged misuse of sensitive data and the other concerning his alleged efforts to change the outcome of the 2020 election. Donald Trump has entered a plea of not guilty in response to all federal criminal allegations.

According to Jordan, the involvement of federal authorities in the Fulton County case, which is being prosecuted at the state level, suggests that the indictment may be an endeavor to employ state criminal law as a means of governing the actions of federal agents in their official roles.

The user also articulated apprehensions regarding potential collaboration between the offices of Willis and Smith, since both entities are pursuing accusations pertaining to the 2020 election.

The individual requested that Willis furnish a comprehensive range of evidence spanning from January 1, 2021, up until the current day. This encompasses any pertinent papers and conversations exchanged between the Fulton County District Attorney's Office and any authorities inside the executive branch.
