On Saturday night, Facebook removed the right-wing TikTok account Libs of TikTok for allegedly breaking the platform's community rules.

Facebook informed Chaya Raichik, the owner of the account, via email that "the page Libs of TikTok has been disabled for going against our Community Standards," as seen in a screenshot that Raichik shared on X (previously Twitter).

No one can access the Page, and you can't invite anyone to join its team, the email said in the end.

The account has been active since April 2020, but its anti-LGBTQ posts and stance against progressive activity have made it notorious. Over 2.7 million people follow Libs of TikTok on X, and millions more follow them on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok. A prominent personality in conservative media, Raichik has gotten friendly with prominent Republicans such as Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and former President Donald Trump.

The account had many suspensions by the firm due to suspected hate speech before Elon Musk bought it last year. In addition, this year, Facebook blocked Libs of TikTok after threats sent at Boston Children's Hospital employees following a post by Raichik asserting that the hospital was performing hysterectomies on underage patients. Since it did not specify whether the suspension was temporary or permanent, the duration of the account ban is unknown.
