On Monday, the Clinton Presidential Center removed a social media post that inquired about the recipient of former President Bill Clinton's "first-ever email" after an overwhelming number of people replied with "Jeffrey Epstein."

The Clinton Presidential Center released a picture of Clinton using a laptop in November 1998 to honor World Typing Day. The caption said, “On November 7, 1998, Pres. @BillClinton typed out and sent his first-ever email! Can you guess who it was to?” Hundreds of social media users commented on Epstein's name as the post quickly went viral, leading to its quick deletion.

Documents pertaining to Jeffrey Epstein's sex trafficking lawsuit have renamed Clinton, a former acquaintance of the now-deceased serial sex offender. One of Epstein's accusers said in sealed evidence last week that Epstein had informed her that "Clinton likes them young."

A representative for Clinton said in 2019 that the former president knew "nothing about the terrible crimes" Epstein had perpetrated, while recognizing the former president's many international visits with Epstein. Epstein is said to have visited the White House at least 17 times, and Epstein is said to have known Clinton since the 1990s, when Clinton was president.

Clinton is said to have visited Epstein's island, Little Saint James, in the early 2000s, and is said to have flown on his aircraft several times. Little Saint James was dubbed "Pedophile Island" because of the extent of abuse that was allegedly committed there.
