Former President Donald Trump attacked GOP candidate Vivek Ramaswamy for the first time, criticizing him for using "deceitful campaign tricks." Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis appeared pleased with Trump's remarks.

Throughout the campaign trail, Ramaswamy has consistently refrained from launching any attacks on Trump. In fact, he has made a promise to pardon Trump if he is elected to the presidency. DeSantis seemed quite pleased by the news of Trump's sudden frustration with Ramaswamy during a campaign event on Sunday.

Vivek began his campaign with strong support, being hailed as an exceptional President, the best in generations, and more. Regrettably, at present, his actions solely consist of concealing his endorsement through deceptive tactics in his campaign," Trump expressed to his followers.

During a speech in Iowa, the governor of Florida, while discussing Trump's latest attack, seemed to momentarily forget Ramaswamy's name. He was joined by Reps. Thomas Massie (R-KY) and Chip Roy (R-TX).

"I observed that they, uh, uh, uh," DeSantis informed the press, momentarily struggling to remember Vivek's name until Massie provided a reminder. "Vivek!" Sure. Sure. Blamed him for the situation.

DeSantis mocked Ramaswamy for running for president while supporting another candidate. 'It's unusual to see a candidate campaigning for someone else in the same race, but when Ramaswamy lost his usefulness,' according to DeSantis.

He stated, "However, we will continue to move forward as a party. We can move ahead with a strong emphasis on addressing people's concerns. That's a commendable agenda for America. Alternatively, we can move ahead with Trump, whose primary focus for the 2024 election will revolve around legal matters, criminal trials, convictions, and the events of January 6th. This provides the Democrats with a significant edge moving forward. And I believe it's not something we should pursue.
