Rep. Lauren Boebert has attributed her decision to switch congressional districts to the influence of Hollywood. Boebert expressed her intention to take action against influential figures in the entertainment industry who are attempting to gain control over her district during her appearance on Steve Bannon's "War Room" podcast on Saturday.

Close to $10 million has been invested in this district with the intention of purchasing this seat. She continued by stating that the 3rd District of Colorado is not available for purchase. Boebert proceeded to identify the stars who, according to her, were supporting her opponents.

Boebert expressed her belief to Bannon that the involvement of prominent figures like Barbra Streisand and Ryan Reynolds, who have made donations to the Democratic party, indicates Hollywood's attempt to exert influence and gain political power in Congress.

Boebert has criticized Streisand and Reynolds multiple times in the past for supporting her political rivals.

In November, Boebert made reference to the two stars as she sought donations from her supporters. In a post on X, she expressed that her opponent has received significant funding from sources such as Soros dark money, as well as prominent Hollywood liberals like Barbra Streisand and Ryan Reynolds.

Based on information from the Federal Election Commission, it has been reported that both Streisand and Reynolds have made individual donations of $1,500 each to Adam Frisch, who is running as a Democratic candidate and is a rival of Boebert.

On Wednesday, Boebert announced her decision to relocate from Colorado's 3rd Congressional District to the 4th Congressional District, which is known for its conservative leanings within the state.

Frisch's significant fundraising advantage prompted her announcement. According to the FEC, Frisch has raised more than $7.7 million, as reported by Business Insider on Tuesday.

According to the FEC, Boebert raised $2.4 million, while the other candidate raised an amount that is more than three times that.

In a Facebook video on Wednesday, Boebert expressed her determination to prevent the use of undisclosed funds, known as dark money, that are specifically aimed at undermining her personally, from influencing the outcome of the election for this seat. She added that it is unjust to the 3rd District and the conservatives residing there who have put in significant effort to achieve their victories.
